Technicians’ photographs become draft quotes priced from the shop’s pricebook, filed expenses, and equipment records, and dictation recorded in the truck becomes notes and drafts. Everything it produces is reviewed by a person before it is sent, scheduled, or priced, and the $35 plan works fully without it.
