TradesKit AI is an optional add-on at $75 a month for the whole shop, regardless of headcount. It answers the business line on missed calls or after hours and records each call as a job request with a transcript. Technicians’ photographs become draft quotes priced from the shop’s pricebook, filed expenses, and equipment records, and dictation recorded in the truck becomes notes and drafts. Everything it produces is reviewed by a person before it is sent, scheduled, or priced, and the $35 plan works fully without it.
For example: a photograph of a deteriorating chimney crown produces a priced repair draft during the inspection.
