Kit AI is an optional add-on at $99 a month, flat for the shop and never per person — usage included to start, metered transparently. It answers the business line on missed calls or after hours and records each call as a job request with a transcript. Technicians’ photographs become draft quotes priced from the shop’s pricebook, filed expenses, and equipment records, and dictation recorded in the truck becomes notes and drafts. Everything it produces is reviewed by a person before it is sent, scheduled, or priced, and the plan works fully without it.
For example: a photograph of a failed inducer motor and the furnace’s data plate produces a draft quote priced from the shop’s pricebook and a completed equipment record, during the same visit.
